Q:  What are Yippee’s menu of services?
A:  Our tagline is:  Helping You Impress Your Clients!  How do we do that?  By working in every medium out there and providing a marketing program including artwork and logo design. We have a full in house art department and offer offset printing, wide format printing, digital printing, raised printing, screenprinting, embroidery, promotional products, blueprint copies, high speed black and white and color copying. Our customers can utilize our pre-sorted first class indicia for mailings (which we also produce) which is not only a cost and time saver, but looks very professional as well.  All of our clients are welcome to come by to pick up and drop off their jobs (or just say hi).  Otherwise, same day local delivery is offered as well as all other known carriers, using your shipping account or ours.  Please email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it if you have a question that isn’t answered below.
 
Q:  Do you stock materials?
A:  We inventory standard paper stock, both cover & text as well as vinyl, canvas, poster and gloss for our wide format printers.  At the present time we stock over 60 different types and colors of paper.  Wearable goods are also stocked; or we can have any item here within 24 hours.  Many of our vendors are local, insuring speedier production times.  If you found some great product or paper stock that you like, show us a sample and we can get it for you at great prices.
 
Q:  Can I supply my own materials?
A:  Yes, as long as the materials conform to our machinery and guidelines. We do not accept screens from other screenprinters, because they are usually filthy, in poor shape and rarely conform to all machines. However, we do accept DST embroidery files from other companies.  We are happy to accept shipments of goods on your behalf to do your job.  Just give us a heads up on what you are sending and when, so we can watch out for it.  Please include our full address when sending anything as we are in a huge complex:  115 River Rd.  Bldg 10 - #1001 – Edgewater, NJ  07020
 
Q:  I am a wholesaler/trade printer/ ASI distributor.  How do I protect my clients?
A:  Yippee will never contact your client.  You will have a separate login password to view trade pricing.  We can ship under your company name or blind ship from “Warehouse”.  If your client ever accidently contacts us (which only happened once in 27 years), we refer them back to you.  We guarantee trade confidentially and take pride in our client relationship as well as yours.
 
Q:  How do I get ideas and order products from you?
A:  We have this great IT guy that is designing Marketing Industry Modules for us. Basically, you go to our site, find your industry in the drop down list and peruse our product ideas for your company. You can browse our site www.yippeeprinting.com, choose a specific item, view it with your logo already in place and order an assortment of items. If you like it, you then go on to choose colors, quantities, etc. and place your order. Once you order something, the records are kept online for you to reorder next time. We are always updating products, colors and other great ideas. So, when you come back next itme, you will have more products to choose from.
 
Q:  How does your Company Store feature work?
A:  Again, our IT guy is a genius. Our regular customers may choose to create a Customer Store Module for their future use and records. You may also open it up to employees and clients to order stuff with your logo/branding all directly from your store!  All free of charge. This can be added as a link to your own website and will make you look bigger and cooler than you already are.  Company stores are a great way to reward your employees and customers alike.
 
Q:  What else can I do to “market” my business?
A:  Your company logo, information and items will remain on our servers for your use.  We can also help you create on- line newsletters, blog pages and mailings all geared toward reaching your target audiences.  Our strategic partners will also be linked to our site using extremely tough criteria.   We only recommend and link to those companies who have a proven track record of 5 years or more and personally have done business with.  ie:  travel companies, caterers, mortgage brokers, etc.  On our site – www.yippeeprinting.com you will find information on upcoming trade shows, seminars, webinars, networking events, industry related information and various industry links. 
 
Q:  What is your production time and capabilities?
A:  If we receive an order by 10 AM, we can produce small jobs (items such as, less than 1,000 business cards, 500 postcards or less, white digitally printed tees and embroidered apparel/accessories) within 3 hours, once artwork is approved by you.  Our art department can create logos and marketing materials within the same day, but please do not wait until the last minute- artists need time to create.  We can also produce trade show give-a-ways within 1 day. 
 
Normal production time is:   
  • Digital Printing – Same day 
  • Offset printing – 3 – 5 business days 
  • Wide format – Same day – 2 business days 
  • Blueprint copies – 2 hours 
  • Screenprinting  - 3- 5 business days 
  • Embroidery  - 2- 3 business days 
  • NCR forms and specialty printing – 5 – 10 business days 
  • Promotional Products – 2 – 16 business days (sometimes we need to import items)
These are approximates and all scheduling is based on final approval of art/logo design.  For your sanity and ours we do not accept verbal orders.

Bldg 10 – 1st Floor – Edgewater, NJ.  (One building south of City Place on the Hudson River side).
 
Q:  What kind of inks/decorating do you use?
A:  4 color process (cyan, magenta, yellow & black).  PMS matches (extra charge), Plastisol, toner based digital and Robinson Anton thread.  Metallics, foils, blind embossing, pad printing, hot stamping, engraving, die cutting, thermography (raised printing) are also utilized.  We have the capability of mixing up our mediums; we’ve created T-shirts that are screenprinted, then embroidered and then highlighted with foil.  Business cards can be blind embossed, then color filled, foiled and dies cut in specific shapes and designs. We can also provide UV coating to most offset printing projects.  Our capabilities and creativity is endless.
 
Q:  What about other services for finishing a project?
A:  Yes, we provide scoring and all types of folding options.  Yippee also has a full bindery department – from 1 Look Book or presentation folder to binding millions of newsletters, brochures and calendars.  Coil, wire, spiral, hole punching, padding, numbering and standard saddlestitching are all available.  Smaller orders can be bound within a day.  Add 3- 5 days to our production schedule for larger orders.  We also have the capabilities of individually folding, bagging and hang-tagging apparel as well as blind shipping orders directly to your clients and end users.  We always guarantee trade confidentially.
 
Q:  Can we provide our own artwork/logos?
A:  Yes – we accept most formats of submitted artwork – Illustrator (All Suites), Photoshop, Quark, Corel.  We even accept Publisher – even though certain programs are not as user friendly as others. All artwork must be in a high resolution format.  Our Art Department will help you understand how your file needs to be prepared so you can avoid any extra charges.  Please keep in mind that “camera ready” submitted files are just that – point, click and print.  If we have to create bleeds, adjust color, change type, etc., you will be notified immediately of any extra charges.   Most clients upload their art files to our FTP site at www.yippeeprinting.com , or email them to:  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or come in with their USB drives or disks.
 
Q:  Can I cancel or change my order?
A:  Yes, as long as the final sign off, approval by you/your company wasn’t submitted.  Once we receive an approval, you order goes into production within the hour.  We only accept changes/cancellations in writing:  submitted via fax – 201-313-3377 or via email to: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   You must receive a confirmation of the change or cancellation.  If you change your order, you will receive a new art approval and confirmation via email or fax for in house approval.  If you cancel your order, you will receive a company credit only.
 
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
A:  We pride ourselves on getting it right the first time.  However, once you sign off on an approval, we are not responsible for typing, color, image or design errors.  Please make sure you read and proof everything that is submitted to you.  If your company is submitting an artwork file, we provide the same proofing process as images and fonts can and do corrupt in transmission.  Please look at everything carefully.  If an error or issue is generated from our end (which rarely happens), we will redo your project no questions asked.  The project in question must be returned to us prior to reprinting.  We are not responsible for apparel from a manufacturer that might have different dye lots within the same color, or if sizing is off, etc.  If you or your company is supplying product, we are not responsible for any manufacturer’s defects or errors in quantities.  We are allowed by printing industry standards a 2% over/under variance.  This does not apply to apparel.  Just remember, like ordering fine wine, you can send back a bad bottle, but you can’t send it back just because you do not like it.
 
Q:  OK, I understand all of the above.  How do I get started?
A:  Just send in your order and we’ll take it from there.  Our site and office staff make it easy… upload, email, fax or simply call us.  We can provide order sheets if needed.  Once you place your order, you will be entered into our system.  Anyone in your company can track your order through our site.  We have real live people answering our phones – no voicemail to bog you down or 10 numbers to reach the proper department/person.  We make it easy and stress free.
